Fabian is an entrepreneur deeply rooted in the Web3 and crypto ecosystem. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Leipzig University and his Master’s in Management from the University of Bayreuth, with academic stations in Athens and Indonesia, he founded HumanConnector, a platform for placing top talent, through which he has advised more than 250 companies and freelancers from 30 countries.
In the crypto industry, Fabian drove the growth of the layer-1 protocol NEAR as Head of Growth Germany and subsequently, as co-founder of ICP Hub Germany, built the developer and founder community around the Internet Computer Protocol (DFINITY) across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland – through hackathons, accelerator programs, and university partnerships. He regularly shares his expertise in blockchain and decentralized infrastructure as a conference speaker and guest author, including at BTC-ECHO.
